Exit M25 at junction 8
Head north on A217, signed Sutton. Take second exit at third roundabout, onto the B2220 to Walton on the Hill. Drive through the village and turn right at island with telephone box, into Ebbisham Lane. Ebbisham Farm is 50 metres on the left hand side.
